The hotel is in a great location near the clock tower, making it convenient for exploring the city. The rooms have nice attention to detail, with balconies on the backside offering a view. Plus, the staff is friendly and provides basic amenities like hot water by 7am and a delicious breakfast.

No improvements needed, everything was fine.

Amazing Food and Service, Breathtaking Views This hotel made our city trip truly memorable. the food was amazing, with a wide range of options for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians. the service was great, with staff going out of their way to ensure our stay was comfortable. the views from the hotel were breathtaking, with a stunning panorama of the surrounding mountains. the location was convenient, with easy access to local attractions and transport. the rooms were spacious and well-maintained.

Everything from the food to the service to the location exceeded our expectations.

The hotel had very clean and tidy rooms, with good room service and quality food. The staff was very nice and co-operative. The hotel offered WiFi accessibility, although not in the rooms. The location of the hotel provided a majestic view of the Himalayas.

The hotel had a bad smell and insects in the rooms. The hotel staff did not address the issue when brought to their attention, resulting in a worst experience.
